October 22, 2025 (Coppell, Texas) – Rochester Sensors, LLC (“Rochester”) is pleased to announce its purchase by Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH), one of the world’s largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor and antenna solutions. Rochester will continue to operate as a stand-alone business within Amphenol while retaining its name “Rochester Sensors” and headquarters in Coppell, Texas, USA.
