Application
These lever-action gauges are designed primarily for use in stationary horizontal cylindrical farm tanks or other tanks with flat heads. They are to be mounted on the centerline in the middle of the head. The maximum recommended float length is 48″ [1219mm]. They are available in either 1-1⁄4″ MNPT or 1-1⁄2″ MNPT versions.
General Information & Features
The float and rod assembly is normally shipped unassembled to the head assembly for maximum flexibility to your inventory. The float rod is cut to the proper length for each size tank, notched, then inserted into the sleeve attached to the short section of lever rod, and crimped for firm retention.
El dial # 5001s00605 fraccional estándar se utiliza en tanques estacionarios. Si el medidor se va a utilizar en un tanque móvil, se debe utilizar una esfera fraccionada con amortiguación # 5002s00605. Otros diales, calibrados en galones o en porcentaje, se pueden suministrar en orden especial a un costo adicional. El reemplazo de campo de los diales se puede hacer sin drenar el tanque simplemente quitando los tornillos de marcación, alineando un nuevo dial y volviendo a instalar los tornillos, si es necesario.

Accuracy depends upon proper gauge sizing and is typically ±5% of dial indication. Accuracy may be less for some tank shapes and sizes. Accuracy may be less near full and empty. Accuracy may be less if tank is not level. This gauge is not to be used for filling. All accuracy estimates are expressed as a percent of full scale.
